Garbage leachate treatment process

Catégorie :

Garbage leachate is a high concentration organic wastewater with complex composition and significant changes in water quality and quantity. In recent years, the treatment of household waste has received increasing attention from people. It is difficult to achieve ideal results using traditional biological treatment processes alone. Therefore, appropriate pretreatment measures should be taken to improve their biodegradability and enhance the operating environment of subsequent processes. The combination of physicochemical and membrane biological treatment processes is used to treat leachate from garbage, combining the advantages of both technologies. In the tubular membrane MBR system, the large channel of the membrane tube can effectively intercept sludge without being easily blocked. The efficient interception effect of the membrane makes the sludge concentration in the biochemical tank high, and difficult to degrade organic matter can be effectively removed. This process is simple and reliable, capable of long-term stable operation, and has been widely used.

Leachate treatment process flow “MBR+NF/RO”

The advantages of the “MBR+NF/RO” leachate treatment process include high tubular membrane flux, strong anti pollution ability, and good regeneration performance; 2、 High equipment integration, small footprint, and strong resistance to impact loads; 3、 Independent operation, high degree of automation, low labor cost, convenient and fast CIP online cleaning; 4、 The tubular membrane is not easy to break, does not block, is easy to replace, runs reliably, and has a service life of over 4 years.
