Due to the high viscosity and heavy pollution of soy sauce, these filtration methods cannot meet the requirements of manufacturers. Either the filtration effect is poor, the labor intensity is high, or the service life is short, which cannot meet the requirements of seasoning manufacturers for filtration separation, sterilization, and impurity removal. Quality accidents often occur, and product quality cannot be guaranteed. The fully automatic continuous operation sterilization and impurity removal ultrafiltration membrane system developed by the Innovation Center can not only sterilize and remove impurities, but also make the filtered soy sauce or vinegar clear and transparent, with 100% interception of suspended solids. At the same time, it does not intercept small molecule proteins, organic acids, pigments, fragrances and other effective ingredients.
