Henan Functional Polymer Membrane Materials Innovation Center Co., Ltd.

Henan Functional Polymer Membrane Materials Innovation Center Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Innovation Center”) was established in August 2019. Its headquarters is located in the Xinxiang High-tech Development Zone in Henan Province, and is located in the core area of the Zhengluoxin Autonomous Demonstration Zone. The Innovation Center is a provincial manufacturing innovation center officially recognized by the Henan Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology. It is the only authoritative institution in the province and even in the country that focuses on the research and development of functional polymer membrane materials.

The Innovation Center is headed by Academician Xi Zhenfeng of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. It has gathered a high-level technical team composed of well-known experts from home and abroad, and took the lead in establishing the Henan Functional Polymer Membrane Materials Industry Technology Innovation Strategic Alliance. It has worked closely with more than 20 domestic universities and well-known companies such as Zhengzhou University, Xinjiang Lanshan Tunhe, and the Institute of Chemistry of the Henan Academy of Sciences to form a powerful integrated innovation system of industry, academia and research.

The Innovation Center has the industry’s leading special separation laboratory, and has successfully developed advanced membrane coupling technologies such as ultrafiltration and nanofiltration, and has achieved large-scale applications in many fields such as chemical industry, medicine, and environmental protection, accumulating rich engineering cases and practical experience. The organic tubular membrane products independently developed by the laboratory are highly recognized by the market for their stability, high efficiency, and ultra-long service life of more than 5 years, and have become an important partner of many well-known membrane equipment manufacturers.

In the future, the Innovation Center will continue to be committed to breakthrough innovations in key technologies of functional polymer membrane materials, promote the industrialization of scientific and technological achievements in the industry, and provide customers with leading, stable, and efficient one-stop overall solutions for membrane separation.
